How the AI Writes Your Book
Last updated 2026-11-05 (draft)
The short version
AI writes every word. Software checks it. No human author is involved. We tell you this before you pay and again inside the book.
The pipeline
- Outline. An AI outliner designs the whole book first: the plot, the turning points, a character bible with your people in it, and a world bible for your town.
- Chapters. An AI writer drafts each chapter against the outline, the bibles, and a running record of every fact established so far.
- Editing. An AI editor reviews every chapter for plot, character, pacing, prose, and continuity, and sends it back for revision until it passes — up to several rounds.
- Continuity. After each chapter, a checker updates the record of who is where, what happened when, and which plot threads are open, so later chapters cannot contradict earlier ones. A full-book audit runs at the end.
- Quality gate. Before delivery, deterministic checks confirm the length, that every name is spelled exactly as you typed it, that nothing on your leave-it-out list appears, and that no sentences repeat across chapters. A book that fails is revised or held; it is never sent as-is.
